These terms apply to your use of the Ambience Studio Mac app and this website. By using Ambience Studio you agree to them.
Using the app
You may use Ambience Studio to create videos and publish them to channels you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use it to break the law or anyone else’s rights.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create and upload. You are responsible for having the rights to every piece of audio, imagery and video you use, and for what you publish.
YouTube
Publishing to YouTube uses YouTube API Services. When you connect YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Ambience Studio’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how.
Updates and availability
We may update the app, change features, or stop offering parts of it. We try to keep connected services running but do not guarantee they will always be available.
No warranty
Ambience Studio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, content or revenue, arising from your use of Ambience Studio.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after an update, the new terms apply.
